MarketFlow Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Who we are

MarketFlow is a marketing analytics platform operated by Socium Scale Systems. This policy explains how MarketFlow handles data when you connect a Google Ads account.

Questions or requests: rafael.perroud@socium-sf.com.

Data we access from Google

When you connect Google Ads, you sign in with Google and authorize MarketFlow. We receive:

  • An authorization token that lets MarketFlow read reports from the Google Ads account you choose.
  • The email address of the Google login you used, shown on the Connections page.
  • The list of Google Ads accounts that login can access (account name, customer ID and currency), used only to let you choose one.
  • For the account you choose: spend by campaign and day, and click identifiers (GCLID) with their campaign and click date.

How we use it

Only to show your own marketing results in MarketFlow: reporting spend per campaign and attributing sign-ups and other conversions from your product to the campaigns that generated them.

MarketFlow only reads reports. It never creates, changes or deletes campaigns, ads, budgets or any other Google Ads data. Google's authorization screen lists broader permissions because the Google Ads API offers a single permission scope.

Storage and security

The authorization token is encrypted with a public key before it is stored. Only MarketFlow's data ingestion service holds the private key needed to use it; the dashboard cannot read it.

Data is stored in databases hosted on Amazon Web Services and is available only to the people operating MarketFlow for your project.

Sharing

We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties or use it for advertising. We do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

MarketFlow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting Google Ads on the Connections page deletes the stored token immediately and stops syncing.

To also remove MarketFlow's access from your Google account, visit https://myaccount.google.com/connections.

Reporting data already imported stays in your MarketFlow reports until you ask us to delete it. Email rafael.perroud@socium-sf.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when these practices change and revise the date above.
